Cancellation Conditions:

Hotel reservations must be requested written to the Organization Secretariat. For cancellation requests delivered before July 22, 2024, the hotel fees will be refunded after 1 night's fee is deducted from the deposit. No refund will be made for cancellations requested after July 22, 2024.
